Focusing on residential energy storage scenarios, Chaoyang Wanli has further optimized the battery module structure, wiring harness layout, and overall system integration solution. In response to different housing layouts, inverter compatibility requirements, and on-site construction conditions, it has established a clearer standardized delivery process.
The new solution supports wall-mounted, floor-standing, and stacked configurations, and can be flexibly adjusted according to household load, electricity pricing strategies, and installation conditions. Through the coordinated optimization of energy storage capacity configuration, parallel operation logic, and human-machine interface, installation teams can complete commissioning more quickly during project implementation, and end customers can more easily understand the system’s operating status.
In terms of the battery management system, the company has refined and upgraded strategies for overcharge, over-discharge, temperature monitoring, cell balancing, and abnormal alarm functions, further enhancing the system’s stability and safety in daily household energy management, solar power support, and backup power scenarios.
In addition to improvements in hardware and control logic, Wanli has also streamlined the processes for pre-sales selection, project implementation, remote support, and after-sales response, helping customers shorten the cycle from solution confirmation to commissioning. The company stated that it will continue to iterate its residential energy storage products around three directions—high safety, easy installation, and maintainability—to meet the project needs of more residential and light commercial scenarios.
